Rethinking the Way We Eat
I know what it feels like to have a complicated relationship with food, many of us do. With constant information overload and pressure around eating “right,” it can be hard to find balance again. Through my journey to a plant-based lifestyle and my work as a nutritionist, I found a more relaxed and sustainable way of eating.
My coaching is holistic, judgment-free, and focused on balance rather than restriction. Together, we slowly shape a way of eating that feels nourishing, joyful, and sustainable in the long run.
